Driving toward War Memorial park for a relaxing walk in the sunshine, I crossed Rt 28/Central Square(West Bridgewater) and was struck side-on by a chatty cel- spacehead as she moved out-of-lane,overtaking the driver who had politely waved me through the crazy intersection.

The sign at Central Square(where my vehicle was struck) read;"DO NOT BLOCK INTERSECTION"..which is exactly what the chattygal did,before crashing into my car at a too-high speed.

I had a passenger in the car with me-a witness to it all..and also some other guy approached the three of us (chattygal,myself and my passenger) after we pulled over to the side of the road. No-one notified the cops (where are the WBW cops when you REALLY need them??)..and having been hit so suddenly,as if TOTALLY out of the blue,I was too shook up to think I might need another witness..so the intersection guy left!

Now,since "MY" insurance company decided to declare me at fault (based upon "a lack of unbiased evidence"-apparently the huge square dent in my drivers side bumper which resulted when the other driver failed to stop isn't considered 'evidence' in Mass! ) I need to find my other witness.

I think the guy who stopped might possibly even have been the same guy who waved me through the intersection...But I didn't get his number.
